A typical afternoon

Afternoons during spring are meant for playing outdoors and that's where we are most days.  I took the camera outside today to try and capture what 20 months looked like for B because he will be 21 months in just a few days, which means we are that much closer to 2! :( Time please slow down.

When we are outdoors we:

smell the flowers,

  

water the grass,

 and our toes!

Stop to look at any bug, rock, or speck of something new,

get tangled in the water hose, 

run to the backyard, 

climb on the swing,

 kick a ball,

sit at the picnic table, 

and then go back to the front yard! 

See why Danny and I are WORN OUT at the end of the day! :) 

And on lucky days, he sees his buddies and gets really excited!
