Merry Christmas 2011

We had such a great Christmas this year celebrating with our family.  We went to Christmas Eve service at church where Brody joined us for the candle lighting and singing of Silent Night.  It was so sweet and I can't believe I didn't think to take a picture.  I held a lit candle for us while Danny held Brody (who of course had to hold a candle), but don't worry we didn't light his :)!

After the service, we came back to our house for spaghetti and taco soup and exchanging gifts with our nephews.

Andy got to go first since he is the youngest, but he actually slept through it :)...

We stayed in our PJ's and played most of the day until Brody took a nap.  When he woke up, we headed to Rome for Christmas with Danny's mom, but forgot our camera!! Brody got more spoiled with a DVD player for the car, Toms, Elmo puzzle and bath toys, and a stocking full of goodies!  The funny thing is that he was so sleepy and ready to go home so we had the boys help us pack up all the bags.  In the process, we ended up packing up Danny's mom and George's gifts as well! Oops!! They called to see if we had them and sure enough we did. They will get to have Christmas all over again when we see them next :)
