Happy Birthday, Daddy!

We spent this past weekend in the Sunshine state visiting Danny's parents and my grandmother.  The weather was beautiful and I was even HOT outside one time....that's my kind of weather! While we were there, we exchanged Christmas gift with my in-laws. They left all of their decorations up for Brody to see.  His favorite were the snow globes that played music.

Patti made Danny a birthday cake with peanut butter frosting and Brody was big fan! She put a tad on his spoon and as soon as he tasted it, he was saying MORE! He even stuck his hand in the cake while we were trying to get pictures.  Maybe he will actually like his birthday cake this year.

              


After a couple of days with Bob and Patti, we drove over to Panama City to visit with my Grandmother.  We also took Brody down to the beach.  The verdict is still out about is feelings on it! He loved looking at the water from a distance and was happy on the beach as long as you were holding him, but he still wasn't too sure about the sand between his toes.  He takes after his daddy on that- not his mama!

Poor Danny had either a really bad stomach bug or food poisoning all last week, so he was definitely not 100%, but he made the best of his birthday weekend.  We are looking forward to celebrating some more this weekend.  Can't believe he is 32!!! We realized this weekend that we have been together for 15 years- I really do not feel that old!

 Happy Birthday to the man of my dreams! He is truly my best friend and I love living life with him!
