Brody's Pops and Mimi gave us a membership to the zoo for his second birthday, so we took him on his actual birthday to celebrate. He loves animals, so the zoo is a favorite place of his. We learned a few lessons though about summer at the zoo. There are lots of camps/big groups making it difficult for a toddler to see, it gets hot fast, and the animals are not very active. Thankfully, the membership is for a year so I think we will get lots of use out of this fall.

He always wants to pet the panda bears. Actually, he wants to pet all of the animals. At every exhibit, he would say "I get in there..." NO fear of animals for this little boy.

The zoo has a great playground and B is quite the fan! We finished our day letting him play on it.
